THE PHOSPHORIX DYE

Ready dye glowing in dark after period of consuming the daylight or any other lighting. Giving back the light, from 1 to 24 hours, corresponding to the lighting power and the specification of the product used. The product glows automatically when the environment naturally darkens. This process continues for 10 years.

USAGE

Especially after earthquakes and fire disasters eases the quick evacuation of the building by glowing automatically right after the sudden power cut. Using phosphorix in building warning signs, exits...makes people leave the building quickly and safe. Even you can use it for decorative purpose. For instance you can decorate your bedroom with imaginar figures, make your ceiling looks stary even yoou can sleep by watching the moonlight. You can apply it to famous paintings  and maket hem glow in dark. You can apply it to you t-shirt, making screen printing...

Phosphorix dye is ready to use, easily applied with brush. To use it with spraying gun you should reduce the product. For screen printing no need to reduce. Water based and solvent  based products can be reduced by synthetic or cellulosic thinner.

Before using phosphorix dye its beter use the phosphorix undercoat:

Usage: 300gr/m2

Packaging: 1 - 3 kg. plastic or tin box.

THE PHOSPHORIX PIGMENT

The phosphorıx pigment has been generated by the interacting minerals, "activators", under various conditions, Gives back the light taken during daylight or any other illuminating source. If used in any industry or in inside any specific product can give the same speciality to the product itself.

USAGE

Can be used as additive material inside PVC, glass, ceramic, poliethilen, dye, glass mosaic, poliester, acrilyc...based products and making those final products glow in the dark.

TECHNICAL

During production proccess its not suggested to use any other by product as pigment, titan dioxit, alluminium silicat, talk, omia...

Not to be used with high rotating metal mixers.

The product must not pass from cylinders or pormuls.

We produce two different pigments to be used under 100°C and 600°C proccesses.

The reflection of the phosphorix pigments differs according to the products used and lighting duration, from 1 to 24 hours. This reflecting procedure continues for 10 years.

Packaging: 25 kg. plastic bucket.
